Switch performance mode running at 30fps

Just curious if anyone else is having a similar issue? Both performance and the graphics mode run at 30fps for me. When the performance mode was added it was definitely running at 60. As it stands, I’m better off playing in the graphics mode so it’s a clearer picture.
